15cm/20cm/25cm/30cm/33cm Tortilla Production line (Hot press)
This is a production solution that combines high efficiency and high automation with an innovative "continuous molding process" that enables exceptional production rates of 5,000 to 18,000 Tortilla pieces per hour for a wide range of Tortilla sizes from 15cm to 33cm in diameter. The whole production line covers kneading, grading, static awakening, precision molding, uniform baking, rapid cooling, strict quality inspection, intelligent palletizing and automatic packaging and other links, flexibly meet the personalized size needs of different customers. The precise control of the dough content can be achieved by simply adjusting the equipment parameters to ensure that each piece of Tortilla meets the standard.
The production line has an automation level of up to 95% and integrates advanced intelligent control systems, central control units, intuitive human-computer interaction interfaces and high-precision sensors to achieve precise control of the production process, effectively supporting the continuous pursuit of efficient production capacity in modern factories. Specifically, the large dough is evenly mixed by an efficient mixer and automatically transported to the distribution funnel where it is finely divided into right-sized pieces. Then, the dough pieces are precisely adjusted to the required weight by a roller, and enter the fermentation chamber for 10 to 15 minutes of full awakening. After the wake is complete, the dough is seamlessly transferred from an automated conveyor belt to a hot press forming station, where it is transformed into a perfectly formed pancake. The cake is then placed in an efficient oven, where it undergoes just the right amount of baking, is quickly cooled and set by a cooling system, and is finally arranged into groups of 6 or 10 pieces by a smart palletizing system, which is flexibly configured to be ready for the packaging process.
