The entire production line integrates 8 core processes to form a closed-loop production system:

Intelligent mixing system: through the moisture sensor and inverter mixer, the ratio of corn flour and water is automatically adjusted to ensure the best viscoelastic dough;

 

Dynamic sorting module: high-precision optical sorting machine is used to remove impurities and unqualified raw materials to ensure the purity of corn ≥99.5%;

 

Precise waking control: Temperature and humidity sensor linkage waking box, optimize dough ductility, shorten waking time by 30%

 

Calender baking integration: double roll calender combined with gas direct hot baking technology, forming speed of 4-6 pieces/second;

 

Intelligent cooling detection: Multi-layer air-cooled tunnel is equipped with X-ray foreign body detector to simultaneously complete cooling and quality screening;

 

Flexible stacking system: The six-axis robot presets two stacking modes of 12 pieces /20 pieces, which can meet the needs of household decoration and catering wholesale;

3. Intelligent center: data-driven stable production

 

The production line is equipped with industrial-grade PLC controller and MES production execution system to build an intelligent decision-making center. With more than 50 parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed collected in real time by 300+ sensors, the system can dynamically optimize the production rhythm and trigger an early warning when an anomaly occurs. For example, when the temperature fluctuation in the baking area is detected to exceed ±5°C, the system automatically adjusts the gas valve opening and records the deviation data to ensure that the color and taste of each batch of products are consistent. The remote operation and maintenance platform supports all-weather equipment monitoring, and engineers can remotely diagnose through AR glasses, reducing the fault response time to less than 20 minutes.
