2. Hot pressing and dynamic baking
The dough is pressed and formed in 0.8 seconds by a double press roller system driven by a servo motor, and then enters a tunnel oven with a total length of 30 meters. The segmented temperature control technology ensures that the temperature gradient in different areas is accurately adjustable, and with the hot air circulation device, the energy consumption is reduced by 35%.
3. Flexible post-processing system
The cooling belt is equipped with frequency control function, and the line speed is intelligently adjusted according to the product size.
