The FQTT Tortilla Make Up Line is a fully automated system engineered to handle every stage of the tortilla-making process — from dough preparation to final packaging. Complete Tortilla Production Workflow
Our automatic tortilla line includes the following core modules:
Dough Mixing: Industrial dough mixers ensure homogeneous mixing of flour, water, and other ingredients.
Dough Feeding & Dividing: Large dough portions are split into mid-sized dough balls through a feeding hopper.
Rounding: Intermediate dough pieces are processed into precise dough balls via our automatic rounding machine.
Intermediate Proofing: Dough balls rest and ferment for 10–15 minutes to develop texture and elasticity.
Pressing & Baking: Using continuous heat-press technology, dough balls are pressed into flat tortillas and baked under controlled temperatures.
Cooling Section: Baked tortillas are cooled on a multi-layered belt to stabilize structure before packaging.
Stacking & Counting: Automatically stacked into groups (6, 10, or custom), ready for wrapping.
Packaging: Integrates with both flow-pack and zipper-pack systems for efficient final packaging.
