This fully automated system handles the entire process—from raw material mixing and storage to aeration—and then transfers the cake batter to the depositor for further processing.
Here’s how the process works:
- Egg white mixing tank (for eggs, sugar, flour, and other ingredients) → Rotor pump → Buffering tank → Screw pump for egg white → Aeration head.
- Egg yolk mixing tank (for eggs, sugar, flour, and other ingredients) → Rotor pump → Buffering tank → Screw pump for egg yolk → Static mixer → Cake depositor → Tunnel oven.
