1. The aeration head components are precision-machined using advanced Japanese Mazak CNC machining centers and Sodick slow wire cutting technology, ensuring exceptional surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
2. The spindle inside the aeration head is crafted from high-strength aviation-grade stainless steel, offering superior durability and minimal runout. This significantly reduces noise and vibration during operation, while also extending the lifespan of the mechanical seals within the head.
3. The entire aeration head is assembled in a dust-free, temperature-controlled environment. The assembly process incorporates hot and cold fitting techniques, greatly enhancing the head's stability and performance.
4. The equipment is equipped with comprehensive safety features, including a liquid level detection system for the screw pump. If the pump runs out of material, the detection switch will immediately shut down the system to prevent dry running and potential damage. Additionally, if the pressurized rubber sleeve fails, the slurry is safely discharged outside the equipment, preventing any backflow into the electrical components.
5. The tank and pump body are securely mounted to the base, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The system also includes a CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning system for enhanced hygiene.
